Booking desk (at night)

Hi there

I'm flying at the end of the month from LHR to JFK. I'm in PE and didn't get the seats I wanted when booking. I flew last year from LGW and managed to pop to the desk the night before (I always stay at the airport hotel the evening before) and the lady was lovely enough to not only book us in but we managed to get exit seats.

Would it be possible for me to do this at LHR?

No, there is no twilight checkin at LHR. You should check in online at exactly 24 hrs to see and select the best seats. Then, if you can get to airport early, you can ask for the front row of PE seats (not available online).
