miles and tierpoints on BMI code share

Now I know what the answer probably is, but couldnt find a definitive answer on the VS site. Just looking at a trip to SFO, and for a laugh looked at a MAN connector - actually great value and saves me a night in London. Its flying down on the VS4581 (I know its BMI really). Will that attract a VS tier point (in eco) as a VS flight, or naff all, and just 600 miles ?
