Here's the current menu between London and Narita:

OUTBOUND

Starters
Seasonal leaf salad with Danish blue cheese, poached pear and diced bacon
Asparagus and herb soup
Japanese appetiser of steamed prawns, kinzanji miso, scallop yellow fry and boiled soya beans

Main Courses
Traditional lamb and rosemary pie with dill-infused mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and cabbage
Dischi volanti pasta with wild mushroom and watercress sauce served with roasted cherry tomatoes and pine nuts
Grilled sliced beef in teriyaki sauce served with sugar snap peas, julienne carrots and steamed rice

Shoka do-style Bento Box:
Jellyfish tobiko mix, matsutake chicken and grilled bamboo shoots
Sliced cucumber, grilled eel, natamame and ginger sauce
Chicken miso yak and pickled ginger
Fried ocean perch, floral carrots, spring onion, green beans, shitake mushroom and radish sauce
Braised beef shigureni, braised taro, snow peas and pine nuts
Boiled rice with shies powder
Nukazuke radish, pink radish and green cucumber pickles

Main Courses
Braised lamb in a rich red wine sauce served with mashed potato, carrots and sugar snap peas
Spinach, ricotta and mixed mushroom lasagne served with a creamy tomato sauce and broccoli
Chicken breast in teriyaki sauce served with steamed rice and Japanese vegetables

Shoka do-style Bento Box:
Red miso soup
Sakura tofu with wasabi paste and marinated salmon roe
Grilled chicken skewer with Japanese leek paste, stir-fried udo vegetable, carrot with chilli, grilled egg roll with sakura shrimp and green peas
Braised baby turban snail, wake seaweed, grilled squid with nor seaweed and grilled prawn and egg cake
Deep fried Spanish mackerel with grated radish sauce, sakura-fu gluten cake and green peas
Grilled marinated pork with miso paste served with steamed rice, shishito pepper, carrot and chopped chives
