Virgin Holidays should be able to give it to you, but it depends on how far in advance your booking is. You won't get a PNR until the booking goes through to VS, and that won't be until (from memory) at max 336 days before the flight, whereas you can book a flight through VH as soon as their brochures are out (so, potentially a year+ before the flight).

If you want the PNR to be able to access the manage my booking section on the VS site, you can do this with your VH booking reference. But, as Pete has said, this is only something that can be done within the 336 day window.

If you have a VH booking for a holiday package to the US and it's within the 336 day window, your VH booking reference *should* work on the VS website. Although you have to enter all your details twice.

For all other destinations, you need the VS PNR which only VH can now provide. VS wont give you this info even if they have your flight booking.
