Just logged on to manage my booking and it did not bring up my booking through my flying club number. I then put in the reference and it still cannot find the booking. Is this a tech fault or should I be worried :0

This has happened to me before, a little worrying!
Quick call to check and all was fine.....
Still Happier when it returned though!

I've had this. Simple fix though.

Log in to your account, then use the booking reference/name etc. to view the booking. Somewhere on the page, there should be an option to link the flight to your FC card. Click that and you should then see it in your flight list.

My MCO flight for October failed to appear last week and this fixed it.

I'm having the same problem too. When I put in the booking reference and my name it then asked for the flight number and date. It then came up with this message:
Sorry, we are unable to locate your details. Please check you have entered them correctly and try again.

Well a girl can hope ...

While it is a nice thought, I'm already in UC so it can't be that

I've now checked mine with booking ref and ticket number and can't access my booking.
Probably best to chill and try in a couple of days

Seems to me to be a regular glitch in the VS system.......I check my upcoming booking to Sydney on a frequent basis and about once a week get the same issues.
After a day or so all the details appear to come back, but can imagine how annoying it would be if OLCI needed to be done during the time when the system was belly-up........

its now let me check in for my flight, but am unable to either print or email my boarding pass. It says theres a problem. And have not received email confirmation of check in. Must have worked though coz if I try it again it says I am already checked in.

Same here, both my May and Oct bookings have vanished, both were there earlier as I accessed one of them. They are probably undoing all the config changes they did last week!

I have just checked My Booking also.
The codeshare flights to/from Glasgow to LHR have gone (BMI). The flights to/from the USA are there though.
I looked at the BMI website and noticed the times of these flights have changed slightly. Could this be reason that they are no longer shown on my booking?

Eight weeks until I fly - should I be concerned ?
