Yet another diplomat muppet who thinks that immunity means ignoring every rule and law in any country. 
The funny thing is, every report I saw over here made a big deal over the guy not being prosecuted.
Finally at around 3am this morning one of the muppets on MSNBC finally came up with the fact that he has diplomatic immunity.
Oh well, stupid thing to do and he is leaving the country.

Interesting that as of next month Qatar are requiring UK and Irish citizens to have pre-approved visas for entry too.
