We were one of the unfortunate ones whose flight was cancelled due to the Volcano. We have rebooked travelling to Sydney on the 27th. Unfortunatly on the return leg on the 13th May there wer no Premuim Economy seats left and having my 82 year aunt with us we felt it was too much for her to travel economy, therefore my daughter and I are returning economy and she is returning upper class. We have had an E ticket through with just my daughter and I on it with the original booking reference number.I spoke to Virgin on Friday and they informed me we were all on the same booking reference, which was the original. I recontacted them today and I was told she was now on differnt booking number which they gave me and said they would email it out but it would be few hours before it came through, that was at 9 am this morning. I will contact them again in the morning but wondered if anyone has any suggestions
