Just had a note from AA chaning their entree choice on flights from the UK to the US, to offer:
* Rack of lamb with rosemary sauce served with haricot vert (green beans), tomatoes and rosti potato cake
* Grilled filet with plum sauce served with wild mushroom, zucchini and potato cabbage flan
* Pork loin with Rodenbach sauce served with spinach, endive and potato savoyarde
* Thyme and Basil filet of Cod with sweet corn butter sauce
From experience it'll probably be quite good - wonder if they're read the desire for lamb on V-Flyer!
