Booked in March this year with Virgin Holidays,hotel and flight to SFO for June,last year i did it separate for some reason,now my question is regarding the ETICKETS,when should i receive the email with them in,i am sure i had them once i had paid for the trip last year but no sign on either my booking page with VH or with Virgin Atlantic page either,any help would be grateful....

Hi,

Whilst not being 100% certain to the exact question you are asking, I think the answer you want is this.

If you book direct through Virgin Atlantic, you will get an eticket as soon as you pay for your flight, this is the only document you will receive.

If you book through Virgin Holidays, you will receive an invoice/confirmation straight after booking, then you will receive any tickets/vouchers about 2 weeks before your trip. It could either be paper documents or an eticket depending on the type of booking/trip.

I did the online question by Valerie yesterday and that came up with 16 days before travel,i am expecting ETICKETS as that is what i have always received since using Virgin 2 years ago,i wil wait until then and if nothing arrives i will telephone them....
