right here goes....
Done OLCI at 15:06 the day before and got SEQ03

Got to LHR T3 at around 10am and checked in with no problem Ground staff fine polite and helpful. Went to the lift to go to the private security lane, but the lift was out no big problem for me just turn round and head up the stairs to the private lane.
Got through in under 2 minutes, direct beeline to the CH. found a seat near the window waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come and get a drink order... over 15 minutes... that in my book is so so bad. well got a drink a few minutes after that... decided to go to the cowshead and see if i could get a shave, was offered a discount on cut throat shave, decided to take the offer... the best hour of my life! got a neck and head message as well as a cut throat shave, the lady I had shall be known as "K" she was amazing... we chatted a lot and she was off to DBX that evening for her holiday, hope she had a good one!
Nothing really eventful happened after that, just sat there looking around and noticed the bar staff filling up bottles of fizzy water... found out that I was on G-VNAP which was fitting as I was feeling tired.
decided to have a slow walk to the Aircraft before getting called in the clubhouse. got to gate 21 and there was a long queue waiting, the evil looks that I got from the Pax as I walked past. oh well....

Got to the holding pen about 10 mins before they boarded the aircraft, down the jetway onto the aircraft and was met by the FSM, who looked so bored and had the do I really have to be here face. what a nice warm welcome not

Got to my seat, it still had crumbs on it, so I donned my cleaning hat and a few seconds I was a aircraft cleaner! Job done back on with my pax hat.
Waited, and waited, started to think that I was back in the CH again.... then I got a glass of champers pushed at me, when I asked for a bucks fizz instead I got such a look from "TP" and quote " well you asked for champers" unless TP was psychic and got it totally wrong, which he did! Step up C... the best person I have ever met on VS so far, kind caring thoughtful and just happy to help! a brilliant person in my opinion she should of been the FSM.
Also UC that day was more like the upper class creche, 2 babies and 3 kids under about 7... and yes the babies were screamers.... thank god for noise cancelling headphones. though there were laws against that many kids in UC....
We pushed back on time and took off near enough on time.
Take off and climb out normal, hot towels not so hot more like lukewarm, but they done the job.
One picture of Me and Gerry later and my food order taken by C.
Food was excellent but the tomato soup (yes with the vodka shot) was really nice but was served lukewarm... the lamb was yummy and the cheesecake, two helpings later, need I say more.
The afternoon tea was good, two scones later, well I could not make my mind up if I had one or two scones, so C decided to make my mind up for me, two scones and coffee later it was time to pack up and get ready to land into BOS.
The FSM made a very brief appearance offering wine round the cabin, and then back to wherever she hid for the rest of the flight.
Landed, at 17:20 got to the gate at 17:29 off the plane a few minutes later, into a EMPTY and I mean empty customs hall. Then onto baggage claim, 2 minute wait and my bag was there.
First time in my life from plane to limo in 25 minutes!!!
Till my return trip in a few days in Y.
