Technologically I can see that working. Adnams have been offering their wonderful Bitter and Broadside products in 8 pint mini kegs for a few months now. Banish all thoughts of Watneys Party Sevens, as these are the real deal, tasting just as good as the pub pulled pint. I spent some of my Easter holidays making a thorough comparison :D

The only problem is that the need to settle the beer would be somewhat challenged on take off....

It won't be beer it will be lager, those mini kegs are the norm in Japan, they don't have barrels of our size, even in the busiest bars.
This is great as I have some customers doing an Okinawa return at the beginning of August, I made sure that I put them on the B747 flights as this still blows people's minds when they get on one for a domestic but now they will get draft beer! Another selling point for a great airline.
