I've been looking everywhere for a Gate Map of the South Terminal, Gatwick is like the only website that doesn't have one which is wierd.

I'm flying to Orlando in October with Virgin Atlantic (Premium Economy) & it's the VS027.

Does anyone have a link to a map? Or can someone please tell me the Gate number/s Virgin Atantic use normally? (I didn't book the flights so i have no idea as of yet).

:)

from memory VS use almost any gate between 30 and 88 but recently have been using the gates in the 30's i think they are by world duty free on the terminal map (Link Here) but don't hold me to any of that.

sorry to re-post the link from above Nick got there as i was typing!

The last few times we have flown from Gatwick have been from the gates around 19 (I think), certainly its been a few years since we have flown from the satellite area.

I flew from the satellite on Virgin mid July where another Virgin plane was on the gate aswell, however most of their flights have been going from the other pier lately

Virgin have used gates 13 to 19 over the past couple of years. The satellite only seems to be used if an incoming flight is late and the usual gates are full. I so much prefer the satellite !

When i went to MCO in June, the VS27 went from gate 13 and the VS15 went from gate 19. Then inbound we came into gate 25 - the very end of the pier - and had a nice glass jetway too, so i could get a good pic of English Rose as i got off!

Not been from the satellite for years either, although i have seen VS a/c parked up there on the odd occasion. Definitely not as frequent as a few years back though when it seemed like VS owned the satellite!
