Which catering company does Virgin use?

Hi, this will probably seen like a bit of a silly and pointless question but does anybody know which catering company Virgin now use at Gatwick, I understand that they used to use LSG Skychefs but is this still the case?

As of about the end of May, VS changed to Gate Gourmet. It seems that the general opinion is that both quality and quantity have improved, although YMMV.

LSG Skychefs are still used in the UK but the caterers were changed to Gate Gourmet in the USA.
