Very strange ruling. There is no formal appeal process to the ECJ, but the High Court has seen fit to 'ask them to look again and change their mind'.
I guess airlines will now refused to pay out as they know they cannot have any court action taken until the ECJ makes its ruling.
Cancellations don't seem to be affected and should be paid as before.
