FC My Account Miles History Oddities

Like the Virgoan I am, I keep a spreadsheet of all my FC miles / trips / destinations etc. Just recently though, it no longer tallies with what FC says ... so I delve into my history and see some errors, a couple of flights missing, some odd Amex miles posted.

Anyone seen the same?

My flights always match, but I'm never entirely sure about the Amex portion.

Hmmm, maybe I missed an Amex transfer ... must pay closer attention!
