Lounge Access at LAX

After a pretty disasterous trip in WTP with BA to LAS in June (never again, even if its cheap!!), we're off to LA (VS23) on 18th Sept. We're Upper on the way out but in Premium Economy on the return leg.

My question is as FC gold members do we get access to the NZ lounge and if so do we need to do anything when checking in or just turn up with our cards?

Yes you will get access to the lounge at LAX. Each Au card holder can take in one guest each if they wish. You might get an invite when you check in, but your card will suffice if not.

At LAX they do require the invite to gain entrance as the staff on the desk my not be VS - I have witnessed many being turned away. Also guests are allowed if room permits so if it is very busy with NZ pax they may ask your guest to return once their flight leaves (which is prior to the VS flight)
