can you transfer your VS miles to partner airline accounts, like Singapore or ANA at all?

I know you can book flights with them, in theory, but can I shift the Virgin miles to my partner airline accounts ever?

thanks!

I don't think so, you would have to transfer to something like Hilton Honors points first and then again maybe back to something like MR points, and then to another airline scheme.

You can of course use your FC miles for rewards on other airlines

Our good friends over at Flyertalk.com have a great tool to show the conversion rates between various programmes, and ways to convert from one airline to another via third party programmes like Hilton.

Bottom line is - there is a major devaluation of their worth with each transfer.
