As I'm flying off to HKG this Saturday, I decided for pain management sake to avoid any high fat foods as apparently that will make my pain worst if consumed, and I do not want to cause a scene onboard, terrifying other PAXs and the pilot having to declare medical emergency. Therefore I have requested for Low Fat Meal.
