Buying/Gifting Miles - Have I read this correctly?

Hi Guys,

Hope you're all well.

If I've read this correctly from the VS website a member can receive up to 60K miles in their account. Can anyone confirm this?

"A member may receive a total of 30,000 gift miles into their own account each calendar year. This may or may not be in addition to any miles (up to a limit of 30,000 miles) purchased by themselves."
