Flight approx 30 minutes late boarding but no problem as allowed for an extra glass of bubbly in Clubhouse. Despite Clubhouse being fairly emptyI was not able to book a traetment. Smooth boarding process, quickly served champagne on boarding & a second prior to take off. Crew were all good, I dont recall seeing a FSM. Food very average & as no V Port on this aircraft entertainment options dissapointing. Flight was fine, quickly through immigration & luggage soon available.

Thanks for your TR i recently did this leg and was so dissapointed in the service, plane and other factors that i couldnt be bothered to do a TR. However if i cut and pasted yours it would mirror my findings.
Will always do LHR-MIA on this route as i always did before, it was worth a try though.
