When does my membership "year" start/end

I reached Gold status on 16/11/09
Had already reached 30TP in June this year for renewal

Recently flew on 17/11/10 but now I am showing as 35 TP

When does my year reset?

Im flying UC again on 30/11/10 will this also add to "last years" total

Hiya, your membership year ends 12/13 months after you qualify so the flight on the 17th and the flight on the 30th will not count towards the next renewal.

yes i have now got 40TP's this year

So....wait....

I completed my 30+ points on the 20th nov, and my membership year was due to end at the end of nov. My next flights are on the 13th dec...will those points count towards this year or the new one?

Hi J, If your membership year ends at the end of November your 13 December flight goes towards the new year.
