Well, here's a strange one.

I went through manage booking -> Change APIS details and went through the two screens.

When clicking the Confirm button got the message...

"We're Sorry. We are unable to process your request"

However, when I go through again, all the details are there as I just entered them, then I get the same error after confirming once again.


So, it appears, at least on my screen, that all details are entered, but the website gives me an error!!!

Anyone else experienced this at all?


Ultimately, I guess I could call FC to confirm, but I've four flights to do this for, and it's boring that something so apparently simple doesn't work 100% correctly.

I had that happen to me back at the beginning of the year for a flight to MCO in April.
when i called VS they said that we would have to check in at the airport as even they could not enter the details.
however when we checked in at LGW twighlight check-in all the details were there on the system.
it seems this is another occasional glitch with the wonderful VS IT dept.
