Winter 2010 Upper Class Menu - DXB to LHR

Sorry, don't have the outbound - it was New Year's Eve and there was Lancashire Hotpot . That's about all I remember before I went to sleep.

Anyway, the inbound:

• Pan fried chicken with onion and mushroom gravy, roast potato wedges, sautéed courgettes and red & yellow peppers
• Mustard crusted Nile perch with lemon butter, parsley new potatoes wedges, steamed carrot, turnip and beans
• Aubergine ravioli with red pepper and basil sauce, sautéed beans and peppers
