Clubhouse / v-room

Is there one at Heathrow and can you just pay to get in? Also is it worth the payment?

No V-Room at Heathrow but there is a Clubhouse which you can only access by travelling Upper Class or being a Flying Club Gold card holder (or one of their guests.)

Is that the same rules for gatwick? Cos I've booked for Cuba in august and paid £100 for 2 in clubhouse. Hopping not been ripped off

VH customers can pay for access to oth the LGW and LHR CH, but numbers are strictly limited. So don't worry, you havent been ripped off.

No you haven't been ripped off . VH offer access to both CHs if you've bought a package through them and VH have availability (it's limited in terms of number ).Paid access to LHR is more expensive than LGW though. Never been in the V-room so can't comment. If memory serves me right you're off to NY this week ? If so check my itinerary.

Yeah flying VS045 on Friday. Really looking forward to the whole ecperience. First time 747 first trip to USA so looking at everything to experience lol

If you want access to the LHR CH on Friday then give VH a ring (I assume you booked via VH) as you need to prebook the access - you can't just turn up at the front desk.

Unfortunately you're a day out both ways - you (and your better half) could have experienced the LHR CH and the JFK CH if you'd been flying and returning a day later .
Never mind- you'll have have fun in NY regardless . I will .
