Babies, Upper Class, Reward seats and Indian Call Centres!

After many years of hoping that we wouldn't be cursed by the screaming kid in Upper Class (and to be fair, was always very lucky in this regard), it's our turn to get the dirty looks as we board with a nipper!

Mrs nibbs is pregnant with our first (due in the summer) and her best friend is getting married at Disney next spring. Not wanting to miss out on the big event, our thoughts have turned to our flights and the logistics of getting the tickets sorted before junior is born, especially with the challenges of availability into MCO.

Just to add to the fun, we want to use our BMI miles and fly UC with the baby sharing one of our suites. The BMI Indian call centre is a bit hit and miss at the best of times so I wondered if anyone had any experience of flying on reward tickets with a baby?

I found this topic from a couple of years back that helps, but I wondered if it was the same for partner reward flights?

Hasn't the call centre moved to Swansea? You may find they are a bit more clued in. Or, since you are planning to fly UC call the Premier team. Remember that reward seats are scarce enough on the MCO flights and using BMI miles may impact on that

Like HL says if you're planning to fly UC call Premier- regardless of where you're calling from you'll be patched through to the Premier team in the UK.
FWIW fly into MIA - much better availability.

As the poster is wanting to use BMI miles, as they mentioned, they will have to do this via the BMI call centre which I believe is all out-sourced.
