Virgin Flightstore Booking Query

Evening people,

In a bit of a pickle and the first people I though to come and ask was you lot! Although I think I know the answer to the question I'm just looking for a bit of closure...

Myself and 10 other pals booked LGW-MCO through Virgin Flightstore a few months back and have all successfully paid off our balances within the required time, however. Speaking with VS today they say that they have no one booked on the flight under any of our names; would this be because the tickets are yet to be issued? We are travelling on the 21st Feb (so around 5 weeks away) so it's within the boundries that VS set to issue their tickets... just wan't to make sure that it is just this we are waiting for and we havent !@#?ed up somewhere down the line?

As there are 11 of you this is a group booking so they don't have to add the names and issue the tickets until 1 month before departure. Still time but worth a call to flight store tomorrow to make sure.

Virgin will have 1 name for this whole booking such as Flightstore/MrSquare (11 seats) or whatever the agent at Flightstore wanted to use as your group name, you can't guess this and until they have uploaded your names into the booking, Virgin Atlantic won't be able to find your booking.

You should be fine and if you have the paperwork from Flightstore showing flight dates and balance paid then you will be fine.
