Seat Upgrade using miles

Can anyone tell me if you can use Virgin Miles to upgrade if you have booked through Virgin holidays. Have got PE Seats for Boston in July and was wondering if I could upgrade to Upper before I go.

No, sorry, flights booked through Virgin Holidays are not eligible for upgrades with miles unless you specified this at your time of booking and paid in full within 3 days of your booking.

Simply answer is no sadly. VH tend to use non upgradable fares but you could call FC and check if your ticket is an upgradable fare but chances are its not.
