Hello,

I know I've asked more than my fair share recently, but please can anyone help with a load check on the above? I'm chopping and changing my plans like Katie Price changes partner!

Thanks

Luke :D :D :D

MCO the week both half term starts, and only limited UC availability now, so you either get in quick or don't get at all!

I forgot it was half term! ][|)

I wonder if J on MIA route has picked up from less J from LGW-MCO?

If you think that's busy, look at the MAN-MCO flights for that day:

VS75 W9 S7 K5 Y0 B0 L0 M0 Q0 X0 N0 O0
VS73 J4 D3 R3 Z0 W9 S9 K9 Y0 B0 L0 M0 Q0 X0 N0 O0

So with BA offering Club at half the price, VS will be losing bookings.

I can't understand why this route would be so busy?!

I know its half term in the last week of Oct, but this is a return home, unless it's a popular time of year for Floridians to visit the UK? Am I missing something?

It's just a good time to visit there. It is always a busy route, we (no children) are flying out 1st-16th October, weather is perfect and imagine lots of others do the same.

Excellent, I'll be there at the same time! I was there from 25th sept until 9th oct last year and agree, lovely time of year and very quiet.

It did get a bit busy towards the end as there was an american holiday but this was only a weekend!

Most years Sept & Oct can be good - but there are the occasional winds.
We were there immediately after Andrew - it took a long time to clear up and really gave us something to think about! Decided to go Nov/Dec instead but are moving the start of the visit forward to mid-Oct now.
It can be a beautiful time of year - but there are risks.

Agree - time of year can get a little windy!! I recall landing in Sept 2004 (25th to be exact) last flight to land into MCO before they closed the airport for the arrival of Hurricane Jeanne.

Reached the hotel to find it boarded up, very scary start to what turned out to be a great holiday!

Generally central Florida misses the worst of any storms, but appreciate the risk.

Mid May also a good time to got. We decided to go PE from LHR to JFK and then Jetblue down to MCO. Cheap reward fares to JFK in May at the moment; 29500 economy. Jetblue return fares were 131 sterling each. Never tried non-direct - we'll see how it goes...
