It may be in your best interests to spend a nice quiet evening searching down all the Dr V TR's, they really are a great read.

Martin wrote:Thanks, what a great read. I rarely laugh out loud when reading TRs but the "Wet the suite" section had me falling off my chair!

Thank you Martin, you're very kind. And I'm so glad that my ruptured bladder gave you such cause for amusement.

NH - you've got a better memory than me, old boy. I'd all but forgotten about almost passing out at HKG. Ah, happy days...

Yes you are, just as soon as I get a bit of time to myself. I can already hear honey lamb's admonishments ("chop-chop") coming at me through the ether...

A great TR as always Mark, just catching up on the threads and was delighted to see this one lurking on page 3.

We also fell foul of the BAA's inabilty to build snowmen, but the other way, flying into LHR. Strangely enough we did eventually get in on the 20th, 2 days later than expected, but it was choas around the terminals.

Glad everything worked out in the end.

We only have a holiday in Egypt planned in 6 weeks.DOH!

Thanks Iain. With only the slightest pinch of hindsight, we were rather glad to have avoided the mayhem at LHR.

T'Egypt, you say? Well I hear Cairo's lovely at this time of year...
