LHR Clubhouse comes 2nd in Poll

Saw this article in my copy of USA Today yesterday, than the Clubhouse at LHR came 2nd in a poll by Frommer.

The top 5 international lounges were:

1. The Wing, Hong Kong (Cathy Pacific)
2. The Clubhouse, LHR (Virgin Atlantic)
3. Satellite Goldon Lounge KL (Malaysian Airlines)
4. First Class Lounge, Munich (Lufthansa)
5. International Lounges Tokyo Haneda (JAL)

Interesting, I've been in both of the First Class Wing's at HKG (Cathay's lounges) and they're not a patch on the Clubhouse ... and you can't get a drink in the morning!!!

Where is the Thai Royal First lounge? Qatar Premium Lounge?

Or the Frankfurt FC Terminal - with all due respect to the Munich FCL

There's an excuse for any self-respecting V-Flyer not to use it.
