BA advertising (including its own website) also features the pretty young lady and the suave handsome young man working as crew which is often far from the reality once onboard ...

Quite frankly if BA PR really did respond with that, shows me a huge level of unprofessionalism whether striking or not! v(

However, its all very well to have a fancy ad campaign, but NO SUBSTANCE. So yet Virgin has an award winning ad campaign that entices the customer and with the service makes them the sexiest airline. :?

BA should really know better than to comment on another airlines crew that are not as well trained during strikes! (whether CAA approved or not). Also they should be more concerned the fact that BA didn't place in any category. Sort your own house out before going after others!

On a lighter note LOVE 'come fly with me" was watching some old Airport episodes on YOUTUBE, funny how well they 'invented' these characters y)
