Yes its quite technical and involves the following

1. Going to the shop to buy it (well usually don't make a special trip)

2. Return home

3. Make cuppa

4. Sit on sofa, drinking said cuppa, reading said document then using highlighter pen to highlight interesting programmes and set pvr at same time.

Simples !

Sounds a bit complex to me. Then again, I'm only a girl, so all I know about is embroidery and kittens ;)

So when the attacking team makes a forward pass there must be at least two opposition players (which usually includes the goalkeeper) between the player that runs to the ball and the goal.
OK - if one kitten has a ball of wool and wants to give it another kitten then ...................

But surely no kitten ever wants to give up control of the ball, oops wool??? :D

Just came across this on Channel 5 just now - seems a good series (6 episodes in total - 1st one is on now (8pm, 8th Feb) )

Seems really recent too as they're covering the snow crisis.

Just thought it might be of interest to some here.

I missed last Tuesday's episode for several reasons. One is that Channel Five is an add-on channel for me since I'm not living in the UK and so therefore I can't set a reminder of for it to record and another is that Five is not in the listings for television over here probably for the same reason.

Finally, none of my VF friends reminded me on Facebook v(

No I can't. I live in Ireland and therefore debarred from catching up with anything on iPlayer or its equivalent on UK channels v(

My only option is if it is shown on one of our channels - the most likely being TV3 and I was pleasantly surprised at being able to do this in Amsterdam a couple of weeks ago y)

There is a way ;)
StrongVPN y)
For $55 a year, you get virtual locations in 4 cities - can be US & UK - effectively very few websites can detect that you are not in that country. You simply click on an icon and all your "calls" are rerouted through their servers in the selected country. Speed is excellent - you don't normally notice any difference at all.

Allows you to watch US TV channels in the UK & vice versa.

Would certainly work from Honey Lamb land. :)

Security is excellent too - one of the main uses is in countries that restrict or control internet access.

Do you use this? Anyone else here use a VPN (why am I asking, bound to be a lot of you who know their way round it!)

I use a VPN to watch UK TV online (iPlayer, ITV, Five, etc) from the States.

I use this one: http://www.ukivpn.com/ The site looks unprofessional, but the people who run it are top notch. I've had it for 2 years and no complaints!
