Hi,

Has anyone got a direct number for the Frequent Virgin Club? We more than qualified for membership last year, but we still haven't received anything from them.

Am currently on hold with a couple of rather useless members of the Service Centre at the moment, and the number for the FVC on the website (0844 557 3895) just takes you to the service centre.

I'm hoping to sort out the airport transfers through them, rather than having to use the T3 Business Parking.

To be honest, all numbers go through to the same department with split priorities.

I would suggest asking to speak to a team leader/supervisor if you're not getting what you're asking for.

Unfortunately the supervisor wasn't much more use than the first person I spoke with! Still waiting on a call back.... and not holding out much hope atm.....

If you have access, perhaps post using the Virgin Holidays facebook page? They have a dedicated social media team and are pretty good at responding and looking into issues?

You may find a quicker response here.

I called them yesterday to get a price for taxi to manchester from wolverhampton. On my frequent virgin club it says we can have 50 free miles there and back, So as it is about 76 miles i called to get price diffarence. :(! i was told it would be £272.00. :0 :0 My reply was that it was expensive for 26 miles each way. :(! No NO was the reply, You have had discount on your ticket and dont qualify, So this is the full price from door to door. :w AHH the catch then. After 30 odd years i have never had anything free v( . The number that works for me is 0844 412 4015 and 0844 557 4008. :w Good luck.

Thankyou both.

I was after an airport transfer in the UK, but apparently as I booked our holiday using my flying club discount, we weren't eligible. They still didn't have an answer as to why I didn't get the membership pack in February last year though!!
