Anyone ever used them? Specifically "No-jet-lag" or "Jet Ease" (which are the same thing).

As they were just over £5, thought I'd order some and try them out on my upcoming Vegas trip. They are homeopathic tablets so will probably be a bit hit and miss, but worth a try I reckon.

Never tried (or even ) heard of them but melatonin makes a noticeable difference for me in my quest to avoid jet lag.

+1, looks like No-Jet-Lag are homeopathic. Jet-Ease is a mixture of vitamins as far as I can tell.

I've been taking melatonin, but I'm not sure it's done anything to be honest. I think you're better off just letting nature take it's course.

Melatonin works for me too - though I wouldn't be averse to trying the homeopathic ones. I've often found this much-maligned branch of medicine to be very useful.

And before anyone yells 'placebo' at me - all I can say is 'whatever works'!

Yes, 'whatever works' is a good argument for many homeopathic remedies. Unforutunately I had a friend who attempted to extend that homeopathic argument to asthma and malaria prevention and guess what happened..... Just don't try it for things that really matter!

Agree with others. Since I first tried melatonin I have had no problems with jet lag.

As far as homeopathic remedies go, they're not all rubbish in my experience.

Mrs NH seems to get result with melatonin, I'm not convinced;
Booze or Expresso, subject to time of day required.. ): plus decent daylight exposure

A friend of mine gets very upset if I say Expresso, apparently its Espresso. As I said you say Cappucino I say over priced coffee.

Anyway, back to the thread. Lots of people seem to get on well with Melatonin ... maybe I should try it again. Didn't do anything for me when I last tried it. But happy to try again!

Melatonin but I take it several days before I fly (if I have notice of the trip) and several days while overseas or back home. Works a treat for me.

Jetlag can also be avoided by taking your flight in an aircraft loaded with homeopathic fuel! ;)

Seriously though, I must be the luckiest person alive since I don't get jetlag - I do try different methodologies though, I rigidly move my habits into the time zone I am travelling to, and use the odd pill to enforce sleep where needed.

I am a huge fan of No Jet Lag. I've taken taken them for short hops (BOS-LHR_ and long (BOS-AUK) and more. IF you remember to take them every 2 hours-they work. However, caveat--if you drink martinis and stay awake all night watching movies--they don't.
