We can hope, but I will be surprised if they do. VS seem to have have a strange, backward thinking, attitude to IFE. They still insist that it isn't fired up until a long time after the seat belt light is off. They then make sure it is all switched off (including the sky map) when the plane is still a long way from final approach.

Contrast this to Virgin America, whose excellent red system is switched on before passengers board, and stays on until you get off!

I am sure there are regulations governing all of this, but it seems strange that the two airlines have such diametrically opposed policies, when they fly into some of the same airports. ?|

So the only real difference between the 2010 scheme and the 2006 is the billboard titles. Im sure the company that came up with that was paid many millions, when in reality any of the v-flyers could have come up with that idea!

Oh thats great, as the existing/ ex MAN/LGW pax will be used to that, from spending too many years tapping the screens to get them working/ remove the fuzzy lines or holding the seat in front up..
