Never heard of this pop band but seems they were a bit (well a lot) full of unwelcome behaviour on this flight:

and here from the named original source with more details of the alledged incidents;

As an aside Kayne West is mentioned further down the article. I have had the pleasure to share the J cabin and indeed bar with him a few times (together with Mr Hudson) to and from LAX. Such a lovely guy - posed for photos with other pax and crew, and yes did sing at the bar once (as did Mr Hudson) but being the LAX route as welcomed (or no-one complained ?| )

If that story is true then they ought to be banned by the airline! I hope that Kate Garraway is being fairly compensated for moving from UC to PE!

Not trying to defend Dappy.... Can't believe I'm even trying.... but I have to admit I'd be far from happy if the bar was shut due to the actions of another passenger, thus stopping me enjoying one of the major reasons why I fly VS upper.

This always seems to be the easiest course of action (especially on LAS flights) to just shut the bar when a couple of passengers cause a problem, thus ruining it for hundreds of others, rather than dealing with the offenders.

This would be my worst nightmare on a flight I have paid thousands for!

I suppose a better solution would have been to refuse further drinks to the individuals who have had too much rather than ruining the experience for everyone.

I wondered that too as both articles refer to the flight going over Arkansas ?|

Easier said than done as the bar is quite open and it is possible to reach over and help yourself.

Also how would you stop Person X from getting a drink then giving it to the miscreant?

Not a situation I would want to be in !

Fairpoint, perhaps there is cupboard where those who have had too much can be locked? Lol ;)

Like HG I have no idea who these souls are (Mr DL advises me they are a hip hop group whatever that might be ?| ) .On the flights I've take from LAX the A listers who use the VS08/VS24 are generally low maintenance and behave impeccably.
Zelebs. Don't you just love them. Not.
