I am flying out of LHR this summer to San Francisco in PE having noticed that the flight time has been changed to 13:00 i would now like to book a lounge. It will be T3 and I was wondering if you knew any other Lounges apart from the Servis Air one. If so could you also post a link as to where i could book.
Looking at the list of lounges in T3 I would say you are stuck with Servisair, however there are people that spend way more time than me in T3, as it is Sunday, give people a chance to reply.
Erm patience please!
Try a search on servisair lounge on this site for reviews, unless you booked through VH I believe it's pretty much your only option.

There's a plane at JFK, to fly you back from far away
all those dark and frantic transatlantic miles

Sorry about me rushing you
I have indeed booked through VH what does this mean?
If you booked through VH, and flying with VS, you may be able to purchase entry into the Virgin Clubhouse, depending on availability. I think its £60 per person
My last visit to the Servis Aie lounge was about 4 years ago and it was a perfectly reasonable place to spend a couple of hours away from the bustling main departures waiting for my flight but it is no Club House.
They do limit your admittance to (I recall) no earlier then 3 hours prior to your schedled departure time and the range of drinks and food is limited (mainly non premium brands, no champagne and snacks rather than food) and there are definitly no treatments !
As Penny said if you booked your flight/holiday via VH there is the possibility of buying admission to the CH but I belive this is something you need to do in advance via VH and you cannot rely turning up on the day and offering cash to get you in.

Huzzah for International Jet-setting !
We use the Servisair Lounge everytime we fly out of Terminal 3. I believe it's the only Lounge that anyone can use regardless of what airline or class of ticket you have. Think cost is £17.95 each, we booked through BAA Heathrow website. Reasonable selection of drinks and snacks available. Always found staff very friendly. There are internet terminals that you pay to use. Last time managed to get free wifi on laptop. Compared to the main departure lounge it is quiet and relaxing, although as it is small lounge it can seem very busy at times. You can arrive in lounge 3 hours before your flight is due to depart.
I've never been to The Clubhouse so don't know how it compares.

We intend to give the servisair offering a go on 2nd April, as we are stuck in PE on the VS17.. n( Unless some very sensible offerings in UC on the day (which I somehow doubt)
We hope to try (thru PPass) and do a review for VF and hopefully some piccies..Fully aware about it being small, and periodically frightfully overcrowded, and no CH
We've not been before, as generally only venture to LHR after snagging some G's and the associated joys of the CH..
Also want to try the Maple Leaf Arrivals offering on return
NH
NH, Hobbit Land.
My suggestion would be to arrive at the airport between 1 1/2 and 2 hours before the flight, save yourself the £ and spend a maximum of an hour in T3 departures (once you've cleared check in and security etc). It's really not that horrific for an hour.
Always planning a trip somewhere!
We used Servisair T3 last year with PP. Worth it, but I wouldn't pay any of my own money to go in. The food offering was snack type food, drinks were plentiful and we managed to get some seats in the corner (last few free seats available, and it wasn't that busy - just small) so we had access to a power socket.

Nope - entitled via ticket or FC status or guest of one of the earlier two

You can use miles to gain entry to the clubhouse, but only Flying Company miles.
