Hi All, We are flying PE on the 28th of April (VS015) and so far have had no luck booking the v-room lounge or clubhouse - I am tempted to book into No1 lounge its £65 for a family of 4 - does anyone have any experience of this lounge is it generally a relaxing environment and worth the additional cost? Of course if there are any Gold FC members or UC passengers travelling the same day we would be happy to be your guests in the clubhouse :) :)

There are quite a few threads with similar questions if you do a search. There are lots of replies from people which you might find useful.

Here are some photos taken by Sealink, that he took when he visited.

The general consensus is that it is the next best lounge after the CH/V-Room (or maybe even better than the V-Room).

Thanks for the link Neil I hadn't seen those myself - I must say the eggs benedict puts VS to shame!

I was in here on Friday though PP.

I really didn't rate it all. Very small, and the breakfast buffet area was tiny and very crowded. On the plus side the bacon roll was good. I didn't liek having to ask for a drink all the time. No matter what it was you had to ask and be served it and when they were moderately busy it proved a little challenging.

I suppose I've been spoiled by lounges and was expecting more with it getting PP lounge of the year 2010. I suppose it's pleasant enough and of course it's new. Probably better than the serviceair lounges at a guess.
