I was on the VS43 on saturday and also had a top flight in the bubble, food has certainly improved, and flight on time too, first bags off and out the airport within 10 mins. Returned on the VS44 31/3 and again in the bubble, had an extra FSM who worked the upstairs cabin and made it a top experience, addressed by name, meal selection asked before take off and very caring service. Just hope the op has better luck than i did!
