LHR 744 economy info.

Just a quicky from a newbie! I have read somewhere that Virgin might charge extra for sitting in the two seaters at the back of economy, i'm flying from LHR-JFK (VS001) and just wondered if there was a charge and if so how much.

No, they do not charge extra for these seats, they are always the set of two which I try to book when flying Y, being 6ft 4 there is just a bit more leg room between the seat and window!
The emergency exit seats are the only ones which you will pay extra for.

There is only a charge if the seats are the extra legroom ones. None of the sets of twos on the LHR 744s have extra legroom so no charge.

Having been in these seats a few times, I would confirm that they are a good place to sit.

One of the few disadvantages is that you're last off the plane and at the end of the immigration queue.
