There is a very great difference between a LCC and a full service airline that is no longer providing such a full service as it did.
I do criticise VS when their service falls short - but that does not make them a LCC. They used to be a market leader - but many of us think they no longer are.
I do not see Will saying VS is a LCC - he correctly points out that some LCCs do now provide some services that VS pioneered - that VS need to do more if they are to maintain the differential - but not that VS has sunk to be a LCC. The comparison should be with the best of the full service airlines - not with the worst - and certainly not with a LCC.
