Hi,

We are flying to Vegas this coming Saturday. I just wondered how the flight had been regarding lateness. I remember reading on here a few months back that this route had been subject to a few delays and wondered if things had improved lately. If you can also advise where I might find this information, that would be very helpful.

Thanks!

James

If you have a look in the schedules section you will be able to select the flight number and it will show (with fancy colour coding) the departure and arrival time for the last few months.

Thanks,
Neil

Super, will take a look. Can I also find out what plane it will be? I was hoping we might get the plane from the Heathrow fleet that has been operating from Gatwick recently.

There is no way of knowing in advance which exact a/c it will be, this info is not released for security reasons.

Have a look at the manage my booking section on the VS site, that will show which a/c config is currently scheduled to operate your flight. It should be clear if it is the LHR config rather than one of the LGW ones, but I imagine you will be out of luck.

If there are 14 UC seats, it is definitely a LGW/MAN 744 in a config with an all PE bubble and UC in the nose downstairs.

You can see these on the VS site here or in the V-Flyer toolbox seat maps here

Cheers

If there is a combination of UC and economy seats on the upper deck then it's a LHR plane
