VS200 - 13th April - LHR - Hong Kong - Busy?

I am travelling on the VS200 to Hong Kong on the 13th April and back on the 20th from Shanghai to London. It was almost impossible to get tickets in any class and I ended up with Q fare economy tickets that appeared very briefly last week.

Can some helpful soul confirm how busy the flights are in each cabin for both flights.

Lots of seats to HKG (but only 5 left in Upper)
Nothing in PE or UC from SHA.
