It definitely looks like that, but I think it's the glare from a red flashing light, I think the quality of the recording perhaps makes the flash slightly blurred !

i agree it looks like the beacon on the top of the AF A388 blurred on the window

Ouch, first QF then EK and now AF. Airbus will have to open up a special A380 wing repair division for all of these damaged wings!
