Are the front row seats in PE on the new A330's selectable at booking?

Looking via Expert Flyer seat maps, some (random dates) are showing as booked.

Thanks for the posts guys.

it does odd though that the expert flyer seat map often has these blocked out as booked.

Ill be booking in a couple of months for April 2012 - I think I'll try to book via FC and see what seats they offer.

Bulkhead seats are blocked and not available for booking as they are kept firstly for anyone with an infant (as these seats are where the bassinets are located) and for anyone requiring special assistance.
