Several years ago I was on a flight to Miami that was celebrating Virgin's 20 or 25 years on that route, there was a party on that flight which included party hats, those things you blow into that buzz and birthday cake. One of the male CC dressed as a femail CC and thay went around the cabin taking photo's. This whole celebration lasted approx 20 mins then everything went back to normal. If the wedding party is anything like that one there won't be much to get annoyed about considering the length of the flight.

LOL - If only the royals could move in such a way!!

I like the "original" youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-94JhLEiN0

If I had a 2nd wedding, I would do this for fun!

Then again in the scheme of things etc... :|

Anyway I think it sounds like a bit of fun and even if the bar humbugs don't like the idea it all makes great PR - now that is a surprise for SRB...NOT! y)

Thank goodness it's not just me. It drives me absolutely crazy when our flag is called by it's wrong title arrrrgh v(

Would just love to be on one of the flights :)

Sounds like fun to me, I tend to think you can either love the Royals or be indifferent to them, but to be vehemently anti royalist is a little odd and possibly a little bit of self gratification.

Goodness the Christmas before last we had the crew dressed up and Christmas Dinner I am pretty sure non Christians were not queueing up to rebook on another flight because they were so offended.

PS please excuse my spelling, I am slightly dyslexic and have bad hand eye co-ordination :|...and I am a bit thick :D

The Clubhouse on Friday had a lovely atmosphere and, whilst the staff were obviously trying to see the wedding themselves, the service was still excellent. Lots of champagne flowing.

I can't say the same for the flight though (VS15), only one member of the crew wore a hat and many of the others were miserable so and so's, one even said 'I'm Irish so I don't see why I should'. His choice I suppose but not exactly professional.

TBH any anti-royalists wouldn't have been offended as, apart from a Union flag lunchbox and naptkin, the event went unoticed.
