Hello

I have an existing booking which I amended to travel to LAX in lieu of the previous destination of New York. Should I have received an updated E-Ticket to reflect the new destination?

Also, I am yet to be charged for the change made a couple of months ago. I assume they will know that they haven't received the money. I don't want this to affect me being able to check in online as I assume they would need me to make the payment at the airport.

Thank you

I would have thought they would issue a replacement ticket. Bit worrying if you haven't been charged - could be why you haven't had the replacement ticket. I'd ring customer services if I were you!

If you go to the 'manage my booking' section of the website, you should be able to get a copy of your e-ticket emailed to you instantly.

I don't know how the change in booking will affect this, but it is worth giving it a try.

I think you should get a new one. You should be able to get one via one of the buttons in 'manage my bookings' something like 'resend e-ticket'

On the 2nd Q - yes it will stop you doing OLCI if you have any ££ owing to VS. So give customer services a ring.

The same thing happened to me recently.

I think you will find that until your payment has gone through and a new e-ticket issued, you won't be able to access the button to 'resend e-ticket' through 'manage my bookings'.

So as has been said, give Customer Services a call, otherwise you won't be able to use OLCI and will have to get the ticket reissued at the airport.
