ICH Priority Club Points into FC Miles

Hi Everybody,

Been reading this forum for a while and thought I might as well sign up to ask for opinions regarding Priority Club Points from ICH/Holiday Inn.

I'm FC Silver at the moment but always aiming for more miles and I was looking at the partners and saw that I could convert my PC Points into miles. Has anyone does this before?

I saw that you can also change your earning preference to add miles to your FC account instead of the usual PC total but I'm not sure 300 miles per stay is particularly good value when you can convert 10,000 PC points into 2,000 FC miles.

Anyone got any thoughts?

I built up a batch of ICH points three years ago after a project in Minnesota and only a Crown Plaza in the vicinity. You are right, the transfer to FC miles is poor. I ended up saving mine for some nights at a real Intercontinental and moved to Hilton where possible (Hilton points in to FC are much more rewarding).

Done a bit more homework and I average about 2000 PC points per stay, so around 5 nights means it would be better to keep earning the PC points and convert at 10k rather getting only 300 miles per stay.

Better get transferring as it takes upto 6 weeks to convert!
