I can access my booking but the seat map is still locked. As I said yesterday, as you are booked via an agent, your agent will have to click to show you have accepted the schedule change (even though there isn't one). Unfortunately it will mean another call to VH for you, before you can access your booking again.

Nobody can access the seat maps - even the VS call centre staff, so it is pointless. There is either a glitch or some sort of config change going to be happening - unfortunately we are just going to have to wait and see what happens.

Very frustrating, something is going wrong at VS. Hopefully the original seating options will be reinstated!

Looks like it's going to be a configuration change to me. It's annoying having to wait - like a few others here I had nice seats in the bubble in PE for the 12th June LGW-MCO. I just hope that they get this sorted asap - don't want to wait for the lottery of OLCI. Strange though that there are no PE seats shown for this flight on expert flyer - can anyone explain this?

Nope - that is the problem, it is all very odd. I am leaning towards it being more of a glitch than anything else, but then who knows, only time will tell I guess.

I can't see how all the LGW 747's with PE in the bubble are suddenly gone out of action/changed config in less than 4 weeks (for your flight) - it just doesn't make sense.

TBH you'll probably get a faster response from Facebook.

Either way, I honestly don't think you'll find out anything different, it seems VS are confirming the following standard message:

"We are currently experiencing a system failure but you will be able to re-select seats as soon as this is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience. "

This is pretty much the same as what the team in Cardiff are saying.

Let's hope they resolve whatever issue it is ASAP!
