emailed them 2 days ago -no response yet which is less than impressive.

does anyone know, can I use them as an 'arrivals' lounge (through Priority Pass) and get a decent shower (do they supply gel/shampoo??) and a brekkie ??

Landing Monday morning and going off straight to work. would be nice not to stink v(

They have arrivals but I think you may have to pay. Not sure they accept priority pass etc. It's an expensive hotel.

Yes, used it last month after arriving from MCO. Priorty pass was fine, showers were great - plenty of very hot water and coffee was fine.

Rest of food, fruit, pastries etc were fine but no bacon rolls etc

Just go into the lobby and walk to the very far end were there is a glass lift that takes you down to the lounge.

It's a great addition to PP but would be even better if VS decided to use it as their arrivals lounge

well they finally emailed me back today and confirmed I ca use the lounge with PP as an arrival.
